• Bonuses are valid only for the promotional period specified. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, resale, modification, or public display of ku0 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

ku0 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will take effect from the date they are published on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of ku0. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to binding arbitration. ku0 strives to resolve all player disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.
